As a Brighton based architectural and project management practice bpm (Architectural Services) Ltd appreciate that projects are often of a speculative nature and therefore offer a free initial visit to discuss your ideas and requirements. From this we can establish the feasibility of the project as well as provide you with a suggested service package and estimate of fees. We are a small family business and take pride in offering a personal service particularly when working projects in your home such as loft conversions and extensions.

The architectural services in Brighton and the surrounding areas are offered at competitive prices, we are based in the City and work in the surrounding area of Sussex and northward to London. We were established as Boys Project Mangement in 2001 and in 2011 became bpm (Architectural Services) Ltd. To date have worked on almost one thousand projects. Our projects have grown in both complexity and value since we were formed, controlled growth is expected in the forthcoming years whilst still maintaining the personal level of service that a small business can offer.

bpm's founder James Boys has over twenty years experience having worked for a local architect's practice trained as an architectural technician and project manager. We are members of the Chartered Institute of Building and as a company we are insured with professional indemnity insurance to the value of £2 million.

Through good design and planning we can help you achieve your requirements under the new Code for Sustainable Homes. We can help advise on sustainable methods of construction as well as giving guidance on renewable energy sources such as solar panels, ground and air source heat pumps etc.
